Dr. Mauro Bonavitacola

Mauro Bonavitacola was born in Rome on 15/07/1963, Doctor of Accounting and Legal Auditor, he carries out his profession in Rome, Via Dardanelli, 13.

Graduated in Economics at the University of Urbino, in the two years 1997-1998 he attended, at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, the school of professional training for practitioners of medical accountants;

From 1999 to 2001 he was a member of the Board of Governors of the Union of Young Accountants of Rome and in 2000 he was qualified to practice as a Doctor of Accounts.

Curator of bankruptcy and sales delegate at the Tribunal of Roma, since 2010 he has been a member of the Bonavitacola-Livi-Gregoraci Studio Associato, which offers advice and assistance in Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Navigation law, Tax law, insolvency procedures and Family law.

Eng. Michele Pulcini

Born in Rome on May 8, 1974 and graduated in Environmental and Territory Engineering in 2002 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He enrolled at the Order of Engineers of Rome in February 2003 and again at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” obtained the Master of 2° level in “Engineering and Quality Management” in 2007.

Since 2007 he has been working in the field of safety at work and on construction sites (D. Lgs. 81/08) where he is in charge of Coordinator in the planning and execution phase.
Always in topic of job safety, he turns out as an expert in condominium, carrying out the assignment of R.S.P.P. of approximately 50 condominiums in Rome.

He is enrolled from 07/01/2008 at the Ministry of Interior pursuant to D.M. 25/03/1985 where he always performs, since 2008, the job of professional fire engineer for the activities recalled in D.P.R. n. 151 of 01/08/2011.
Expert in urban planning both in the civil and criminal matters, he has been in charge of this activity since 2009 as a technical adviser at the Civil Court in Rome, where he has been registered since 23/04/2009.

It deals with town planning and land registry practices interfacing throughout the national territory for any type of building intervention.
Great renewable energy expert founded in 2011 the non-profit association “NICEGREEN” for the development and incentive of energy from alternative sources, dealing among other things also with the drafting of Energy Certifications (A.P.E.) for properties to be sold and for new buildings to be built.

Passionate about sports in this case football, is the current President of the football team “Engineers of Roma Calcio” founded in 2007 that currently includes many young colleagues and not, who played in the league A of the prestigious football tournament to 11 amateurs of Rome “Oil Trophy”.

Dr. Stefano Pignatelli

Stefano Pignatelli was born in Rome on 1/16/1968.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he has been qualified since 2002 to practice the profession of Chartered Accountant and in the same year he became Official Auditor of Accounts.

He is currently Founder and Senior of the Studio Associato Pignatelli & Consulting, where he carries out his activity in the Rome office, via di San Vito n.17.

Expert in national and international taxation and tax litigation, he has always been a member of numerous Study Commissions established both at various professional associations and at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome, where he has been secretary of the Commission “Instruments for National and International businesses Development” since 2017, and where he has repeatedly been a speaker and organizer of conferences recognized for professional training purposes.

Dr. Sara Iacobelli

Legal Consultant in Project Management, business contracts, business development and franchising.

In particular, she carries out activities of predisposition acts and documents for the development of the enterprise, she takes care of the relations with national and international partners and suppliers for the development of the company, follows all the activities of implementation of regional and European projects, both in terms of the achievement of the project objectives and monitoring and allocation of financial resources.

She performs legal, commercial and financial research activities for business development, following and driving the team to achieve corporate objectives.

DR. Mauro Mastropietro

Born in Rome on 07/22/1959, after obtained the Doctor of Economics degree at the University of Rome “LA SAPIENZA”, he passed the State Exam for the qualification for the profession of Accountant at the first attempt . Enrolled in the Register of Doctors of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, he has been practicing his profession since 1988. In 1996 he attended the specialization course for bankruptcy trustees. He is registered in the Register of Legal Auditors. Expert in tax, corporate and bankruptcy proceedings, he has received numerous positions as Curator and Liquidator. He has been appointed C.T.U. in various civil cases regarding the evaluation of companies, trademarks, company shares and the quantification amounts subject to revocation action. Upon the nomination by the Court of Rome, he was appointed as the defender for the assistance and representation of the Court of Appeal for still pending appeals in front of the Central Tax Commission.

He held the position of Administrator in the company Lu.P.P.Ro. (Luna Park Permanente di Roma) S.pAa. from 2000 to 2007; from 2001 to 2010 he held the position of Auditor in the F.I.G.C. Divisione Calcio a 5; from 2004 to the approval of the 2006 financial statements he held the position of Auditor of OPERBINGO ITALIA S.p.A.; from 2005 to the approval of the 2007 financial statements, he held the position of Auditor of Radio Dimensione Suono S.p.A.
During 2015, he received three mandates for the representation and the defense in front of the CTP in Rome along with Att. Giuseppe GIANGRANDE and Att. Prof. Victor UCKMAR.

Avv. Giuliana Scrocca

Avv. Giuliana Scrocca was born in Rome on 11/16/73.

Graduated in law in 1998 at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, she enrolled in the Bar Association of Rome in 2003. She immediately dealt with problems concerning the family: separations, divorces, custody of minor children, support services, evictions, drafting contracts and criminal defense, including ex officio.

In 2016 she enrolled as Cassation Lawyer in the Bar Association of Rome.

She offers her advice as Managing Director of Condominium in Rome and for rentals and real estate purchases.

She is available for legal aid applications.
